Remote Scheduled Network Monitoring

Knowing the state of your network is absolutely crucial when making decisions regarding its future and when identifying your needs. MSMB Networks is committed to ensuing that you have a full accounting of where your network is today, where it has been, and where it can go.

The following service plans are scheduled services that take place every week, at a time of your choosing. You will receive a weekly report detailing what was discovered, what updates were done, and any problems encountered. Keeping your network healthy -- we'll take care of it.

Service Levels
  • Bronze: Weekly server log and backup check, testing restore of a backed-up file

    MSMB Networks will remotely connect to your network, analyzing all of the event logs on your servers for errors or issues that may have arisen. Additionally, MSMB will restore one file from your backups to verify that your backup solution is archiving. This service greatly increases network reliability, and many clients enjoy the backup aspect of the Bronze service as an effective way to ensure that compliance standards are met.

  • Silver: Bronze benefits plus weekly Windows Update scan

    Silver service includes all of the benefits of Bronze with the addition of Windows Server Update Services. This is a managed, monitored implementation of Windows Updates stored and maintained locally. Windows Updates are crucial in helping ensure your machines are secure and free from vulnerability. This gives the organization a much greater level of control as to how Windows Updates are administrered -- when, how often, and to what machines. For many clients this is another compliance requirement, while for others it's peace of mind. Nearly every hacked computer or report of data loss involves systems for which a patch has been available for some time.

  • Gold: Silver benefits plus weekly network antivirus scan

    Far and away our most popular package, this service includes all the reliability and scheduled maintenance work of the Bronze and Silver plans, with the aditional benefit of a weekly antivirus scan on on-site PCs, and analysis of the results. Backup and Antivirus are only as good as the person monitoring them, and MSMB Networks prides itself on being your best line of defense against loss. We believe that an antivirus solution should be deployed in every network, should be carefully monitored, always up-to-date, and provides the cornerstone of the technological security of any organization.

  • Platinum: Gold benefits plus additional services

    Many clients want more aspects of their network monitored -- available storage space, server/website uptime, offsite backup reporting, and many other services. The Platinum service we leave to the client to define; though we believe the services offered from Bronze to Gold are the most crucial for any business, every industry has unique requirements for compliance, reliability, or peace of mind. In that vein, we allow our clients to customize the reports, software or hardware checks, and other aspects of our service at this level.
